My 8 year old daughter loves these cards. She likes to put a towel on the ground in our back yard and work through the yoga cards but she also does the yoga poses indoors sometimes. I homeschool my daughter so she likes to use do yoga when she gets a break between subjects. I think the stretches help her relax and focus better when we get back to the school work. I didn’t know much about yoga until I looked through these cards myself so it has been fun learning the poses with her…and she enjoys yoga time even more when Mommy is doing it with her. I laminated the cards and put them on a ring so my daughter can easily flip through them.

If it was possible, I’d give this 10 stars. Absolutely love this for both my NT and autistic daughter. My autistic daughter’s school uses Yoga for calming and for PE so she’s used to some of the poses. And my NT daughter loves to practice yoga with me. I will be using this when the weather is warmer as well for some outdoor time.

These are gorgeous! My kids are really finding the ‘characters’ of the cards to be really relatable which makes it extra fun for them. I chose to print them 4 to a page and made them into little cards, perfect for our calm down corner!

These cards are such a fun way to have kids practice yoga and relate it to the garden. They are perfect for doing in the garden or inside when a child needs a little relaxation. There are so many possibilities on how to use them and the pictures are beautiful.
