Labor Day Plan
Twelve kids yoga poses and activities to to honor the economic and social contributions of workers in our communities. For Labor Day or any time of year. Be a surfboard for a Surfer, a tree for a Tree Planter, and a cow for a Farmer.

Autumn 10 for 10: Ten kids yoga poses in ten minutes
Celebrate the changing of the seasons through a Fall-themed kids yoga sequence. Act out the trees as they change colors, bears as they prepare their den for a long sleep, and birds as they fly south for warmer weather. These ten poses are inspired by the book, Awesome Autumn by Bruce Goldstone.
California 5 for 5: Five kids yoga poses in five minutes
As part of the Sunshine Kids California Blog Hop, we are celebrating three locations around the state through kids yoga. In these three 5 for 5s, you will find five yoga poses inspired by each of Yosemite, Death Valley, and Big Sur from our mammoth RV road trip last year.

Morocco: Twelve kids yoga poses inspired by local animals
Morocco boasts a diverse landscape, with stunning coastlines, rugged mountains, and breathtaking deserts. Twelve animals that live in these various locations inspired these yoga poses attached. Enjoy learning about this amazing country in North Africa even from the comforts of your home.

As a tribute to the birth of the Royal Baby, here are two kids yoga lesson plans that take you on a journey around London and to visit animals that live in England. You meet hedgehogs, badgers, and foxes in the countryside.

Mexico City 5 for 5: Five kids yoga poses in five minutes
Ways to “visit” Mexico City without leaving home? Kids yoga, of course. This Mexico City-inspired kids yoga sequence comes from things you can do at Chapultepec Park, including riding a bike, taking a train, and rowing a boat.

As part of the Forest theme for this week’s Virtual Book Club Summer Camp, here are five animals that we saw last week while staying at a cabin near Tahoe, California. We saw the Brown Bear cub along the trail and immediately turned around!

Botanical Garden 5 for 5: Five kids yoga poses in five minutes
My daughter and I just got back from visiting the Botanical Gardens. She absolutely loves watching the turtles, ducks, and fish in the pond. Then, we walk around to check out the plants and flowers from the different countries.

Before you head to Bali on your family trip or if you are interested in bringing Bali to you wherever you are in the world, here are five poses to get you in the mood. A Trip around London, England

St Patrick’s Day Plan
