As we settle into our new life in New England, I have been reflecting on the past two years of Kids Yoga Stories. Thank you once again for your incredible support and encouraging words.
What is one accomplishment that you are proud of this year?
This picture below was taken two Christmases ago, right before I decided to start publishing the yoga stories. Now, my daughter is a spunky, curious two-and-a-half-year-old.
The holidays are a great reminder to treasure each moment and follow your heart. Our “yoga time” together is still my favorite bonding experience.
We wish you a peaceful and relaxing Christmas with your family and friends. May your days be filled with joy and happiness. And may you have the chance to rest and rejuvenate.
My daughter’s favorite quiet activity after naptime is coloring together. There is something therapeutic about coloring and chatting casually.
Please enjoy this downloadable Christmas coloring page for spending some quiet moments with your little ones this holiday season.
We are excited to introduce you to our six yoga kids, who all appear in the latest release, Good Night, Animal World, a bedtime yoga book for toddlers and preschoolers. Here they all are around the Christmas tree.
